Safety:

• Never apply cinnamon essential oil directly to the skin. Dilute it well in a carrier oil (such as coconut, jojoba, or sweet almond oil), as it can cause skin irritation or burns.
• Do not ingest essential oil unless it is specifically intended for food use and you have appropriate guidance.
• Keep away from children and pets, and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
